We're located near Plymouth Rd and Rockford Rd. Major highways nearby include Hwy 169, I-394, and I-494 for quick access to the Twin Cities. 

Absolutely! We welcome cats and dogs with some breed restrictions. Contact us for details. 

Yes. 
Cats: $125 deposit (refundable), $125 fee (non-refundable), $25/month each. 
Dogs: $200 deposit (refundable), $125 fee (non-refundable), $50/month each. 
Max 2 pets per apartment. 

No weight limits, but certain dog breeds are restricted. Call us for a current list. 

No, all apartments are unfurnished. 

Yes, lease terms range from 6 to 15 months. Contact us for pricing and availability. 

We offer a secure package room with shelves organized by floor for easy pickup. 

Yes, walk-ins are welcome! But appointments are encouraged to ensure availability of your preferred floor plan.

Yes, our team is available Monday through Saturday to assist you. 

Apply online! Choose your floor plan, click “Find Your Home,” and then select “Apply Now.” 

Most applications are processed in 1–2 days, depending on response time for additional info. 

$50 application fee per adult, $150 admin fee, and a starting deposit of $300 (1BR) or $400 (2BR). Higher deposits may apply based on screening. 

Pay online through our resident portal, or via check, money order, or cashier’s check.

Yes! Just log in to the resident portal on our website.

Yes. You can provide your own policy or enroll in our $20/month plan.

No utilities are included. Residents pay for water, sewer, trash, gas, and electricity. 

Contact CenterPoint for gas and Xcel Energy for electricity. Water, sewer, and trash are billed through your resident account. 

Xfinity is our main provider, though other options may be available. 

Yes! Ask our office about current referral offers and eligibility. 

While we don’t offer price reductions, longer leases lock in your rate for the full term. 

Subletting is not allowed. 

We offer a lease buyout for two months’ rent. A 30-day notice is required, and the fee is due one day after notice.

We're close to major retailers, dining, and shopping, with easy freeway access for commuting across the metro. 

We’re in the Wayzata School District and also near the Hopkins district.

Maintenance

Nope! As long as you've given access, our service team can complete work orders without you being there. Just let us know about any special instructions ahead of time. 

Amenities

Enjoy in-home washers/dryers, a heated garage, 24/7 fitness center, virtual bike studio, business center, community room, outdoor BBQ area, and more. Plus, we’re smoke-free and offer 24/7 emergency maintenance. 

Yes! Free surface parking is available, and most apartments include one free heated garage stall (subject to availability). 

Yes, every apartment features full-size washers and dryers. 

Each apartment includes a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. 

Residents have 24-hour access.

Our gym includes cardio machines, free weights, strength training equipment, and a Virtual Bike Studio.
